These Instructions are for existing Outlook 2003 setups. If you need to add your mailbox to Outlook 2003 (new setups), please contact the call center.
1) Go to the Start Menu --> Settings --> Control Panel
2) Choose Mail
3) Click on Email Accounts
4) Choose ‘View or change existing e-mail accounts.’
5) Click Next >
6) Make sure that your Mailbox is the one shown at this screen:
If your name is not shown at this point,
STOP and contact the
Call Center to have your Outlook 2003 configured for use.
