The functions of this division include:

Recruit and hire all employees of the Pittsburgh Public Schools

Maintain an eligibility list for professional employees

Responsible for the hiring of all substitute teachers

Maintain the automated substitute system

Process advanced study salary

Collect and submit Act 48 hours
