These pages and educational links have been located by teacher-librarians and other educators from around the District. They have been collected to make it easier for students, parents and educators to find supplemental educational resources in order to reduce the amount of time spent searching for data.

These educational resources have been initially split by general subject matter. Where appropriate, there will be further breakdowns by specific subject matter or classes (Algebra versus Geometry, Biology versus Physics, PA versus U.S. versus World History...). Where appropriate, sections will be split between elementary, middle and secondary links. There is no reason -- other than the potential of frustration -- to stop a student from searching in different age levels.

You will find that the navigation bar at the left will be very helpful in moving around this site.

It is hoped that this will be a living document. If you find additional links that you feel should be added, or broken (or inappropriate) links that should be removed, please feel free to contact your school's teacher-librarian, or me.

Finally, the sites listed here are not supported by the Pittsburgh Public Schools or by the respective departments. The sites have been listed here for your use and your enjoyment, and not necessarily strictly for their educational content.
