Student or School Related Concern/General InquiryIf you need assistance addressing an educational, curriculum, classroom setting or discipline issue, please contact your child's school principal. Click on School Directory for a school phone number, address or principal's name.
Parents and families are encouraged to contact their child's school principal first to address their concerns. If you need additional assistance, you may contact the Parent Hotline by phone (412-622-7920) or email (parenthotline@pghboe.net) to ask questions, provide feedback or have concerns addressed. All contacts are logged by Parent Hotline staff and responses are provided within 48 hours.
The Parent Hotline hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The Parent Hotline is where parents and families can ask questions, provide feedback and have concerns addressed.
