Pittsburgh Whittier K-5 is a neighborhood school located in Pittsburgh's Mt. Washington community.

Pittsburgh Whittier is committed to academic excellence and maintaining strength of character within a warm, nurturing environment.The instructional program is designed around the District's comprehensive curriculum, emphasizing the Pennsylvania learning standards in reading, math, science, social studies, art, music and physical education. The curricula and methods of teaching are adapted so students have opportunities to learn and achieve.
