Minority/Women Business Enterprise

At the Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS) we promote and encourage full and open competition in the procurement of goods and services to ensure and maintain equitable and inclusive purchasing procedures.

Through our Minority and Women Business Department the District provides EBE vendor registration, mediation for Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) firms, reports contract compliance and provides technical assistance through workshops, partnerships and more.
